Return & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Le Montier, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required to complete your return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items may be exempt from being returned, such as:

Gift cards.
Perishable goods (where applicable).
Sale items (unless the item is defective).

4. How to Initiate a Return

Authorization: Wait for our team to approve your return and provide you with return instructions and the correct shipping address.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@https://www.google.com/search?q=lemontier.com.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@https://www.google.com/search?q=lemontier.com and follow the return procedure.
